  • Total likes received
  • Total gifts received
  • Coins earned
  • User level and experience points
  • App features used and interaction patterns

Device Information:

1.3 Camera and Photo Library Access

Camera Access:

  • We request camera permission to enable live video streaming functionality
  • Camera feed is processed locally on your device in real-time
  • Camera data is not recorded, stored, or transmitted unless you explicitly choose to save a screenshot

Photo Library Access:

  • We request photo library access to save screenshots you choose to capture
  • We only save content when you explicitly choose to save a screenshot
  • We do not access, view, or modify other photos in your library

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device:

  • Profile information (name, gender, age) is stored using iOS UserDefaults
  • Progress data (streams, followers, likes, gifts, coins, level) is stored locally
  • App preferences and settings are stored on your device
  • No user data is transmitted to external servers

3.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • You can grant or revoke camera permission in iOS Settings
  • You can grant or revoke photo library permission in iOS Settings
  • The App will request permission when needed

5.2 Data Deletion

To delete your data:

  • Delete the App from your device
  • All locally stored data will be removed
  • No data is stored on external servers, so deletion is immediate and complete

5.3 Opt-Out Options

  • You can disable camera access in iOS Settings → Go Live → Camera
  • You can disable photo library access in iOS Settings → Go Live → Photos
  • Disabling permissions may limit certain App features

5.4 User Privacy Choices

To exercise your privacy choices (e.g. request access to your data, request deletion, or ask questions about our practices), contact us via the contact form or the details in Section 16. We do not collect data on our servers; all data is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Go Live is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Go Live offers premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store:

  • Weekly subscription (€6.99/week)
  • Yearly subscription (€59.99/year)
  • 3-day free trial available for new subscribers

7.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit

8. AI-Generated Content

Go Live uses AI to simulate audience interactions:

  • AI-generated viewer profiles (names, profile images)
  • AI-generated comments based on your selected comment quality preference
  • AI-generated likes, hearts, and virtual gifts
  • All AI content is generated locally and does not involve real users

8.2 No Real User Interaction

  • The App does not connect to real social media platforms
  • Comments and interactions are simulated, not from real users
  • No real-time communication with other users
  • All audience interactions are AI-generated for entertainment purposes

9. Camera and Media

9.1 Camera Usage

  • Camera is used only for live streaming functionality
  • Camera feed is displayed in real-time within the App
  • Camera data is processed locally on your device
  • We do not record, store, or transmit camera feed unless you explicitly save content

9.2 Screenshots

  • You can choose to capture screenshots during a stream
  • Screenshots are stored only in your device’s photo library
  • We do not access, view, or share your saved content
  • You have full control over what is saved

9.3 Photo Library Access

  • We only access your photo library to save new screenshots
  • We do not read, view, or modify existing photos
  • Access is limited to saving new screenshots/recordings only
  • You can revoke this permission at any time

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
  • For material changes, we may provide additional notice
