1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect:
- Your precise location (GPS coordinates)

- You can opt out of non-essential communications
5.4 GDPR and CCPA Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have additional rights:

The UtilityControl App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
