By accessing and using the QLines platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Service: QLines provides services primarily to business customers and professionals. These terms are designed for business use of our platform. If you are a consumer (private individual using the service for non-commercial purposes), you may have additional rights under German consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) as outlined in Section 13 below.
QLines provides a cloud-based telemetry and IoT device management platform that enables users to monitor, manage, and control remote devices, sensors, and systems. Our services include web applications, mobile applications, and related software tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QLines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QLines, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through our contact form.
Applicability: This section applies only if you are a consumer (private individual) using our service for non-commercial purposes. Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. For users in the European Union, these Terms are subject to EU consumer protection laws and regulations where applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
